rvaccha Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 Hello, I have a MZ-R55 Sony MD. It was lying in the boxes for a few years untile I just took it out. I need help with: a) Locating the manual for the SONY MZ-R55 somewhere online I need to get a 3V DC Adaptor. I currently live in Asia, and can get generic adaptors. However, I need to know what AMPERE the adaptor should be. I can find a 3V DC Adaptor with the correct pin, however, I need to know how many AMPS the adaptor should be. My MD can run on 2 AA Sized batteries (just for reference) and also has a 1400mAh NiMH battery c) I connect my MD from my line out in my laptop (regular headphone line out) to my line in to my MD player. I need to get a good software which I can record from my PC to MD player, and title the songs, and also have the appropriate breaks in between each songs. Otherwise currently all my songs are being recorded until track number 1 not too sure on this but the software that you can use (and that i've used in the past) to record from PC -> MD through Line or Optic is with a small program called mp32md...this little program can add track marks inbetween tracks automatically (so long as you have sync record turned on) but it isn't able to title the songs from the PC since there's no interface (like the USB interface used on the NetMD capable units) going from your PC -> MD allowing it to input the song titles directly onto the unit...
